This year makes three.Syndeo was selected as a finalist in the Wichita Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Competition for the third-consecutive year. We are one of 17 finalists in the medium-sized companies category, which includes businesses with 25 to 99 employees. The WBJ also is honoring businesses with 10 to 24 employees and larger companies with 100 or more employees. All told, 45 Wichita-area companies are finalists in this year’s competition.Companies are nominated for the Best Places to Work Awards. Employees of those businesses then complete a survey from Quantum Workplace Inc., a company that provides employee-engagement software. The surveys score companies on aspects such as benefits, policies and workplace culture. Scores are tabulated to determine the overall winner in each category. The category rankings and overall winner will be announced during a December luncheon at the Hyatt Regency Wichita. For us, this is the second time in less than a month to be selected for a company award and the third time this year. The Wichita Business Journal announced in September Syndeo’s selection as an honoree for the Innovation Awards, which honor individuals, teams and companies that have developed innovative approaches and solutions in the workplace. Our application focused on how we find ways to better serve our clients and streamline internal operations. That followed us being named a Best in Business finalist earlier this year.
