This platform is highly customizable for a wide variety of industries and eliminates manual time tracking. Outsolve provides Office of the Federal Contractors Compliance Program (OFCCP) audit support and affirmative action (AA) implementation. They handle the burden of the initial and future updates to any affirmative action plans (AAPs) which require a significant amount of time to create and document. Outsolve offers a dedicated team of affirmative action experts for OFCCP regulatory compliance. As AAPs are outside of the scope of Syndeo’s service, supplying a trusted service provider like Outsolve gives our clients confidence in securing a highly-touted company that can ensure they remain in compliance with AA and equal employment opportunities and recommend actions that avoid violations.

HRlogics helps employers apply for and track tax credits received for Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC)-eligible employees. WOTC is a federal incentive program that encourages employers to hire employees from groups who historically faced barriers to finding employment by offering tax credits. These employees include unemployed or disabled veterans, long-term unemployed workers, ex-felons, TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) recipients, and others.
HRlogics provides WOTC forms, which are completed through PrismHR during the new hire process — ensuring that the application is submitted within the 28-day deadline from the employee's start date. That means you can receive up to $2,400 in tax credits per hire, which can be applied for up to one year retroactively or up to 20 years in the future. HRlogics helps clients receive the maximum credit available and handles the entire process, from the initial collection of employee forms to supplying the certificate amounts needed for your IRS 941 form. A process that once required extensive paperwork and lengthy approval times is now simplified and expedited with the help of HRlogics.
ZayZoon is an integrated vendor that provides employees with access to their earned wages ahead of their scheduled payday. Instant access to already-earned wages can help your employees avoid late fees, overdraft fees, bounced checks, and even predatory payday loans. But beyond just providing funds when your employees need it, ZayZoon works to help your employees develop better financial decision-making overall. ZayZoon fully integrates with PrismHR, so employers don’t even have to track who is accessing their money before payday and who isn’t. For a nominal fee, your employees can receive up to $200 per day up to the maximum limit (up to 50 percent of their net earnings), which is then withheld and paid back to ZayZoon on payday.
