The Wichita Business Journal has named Syndeo as one of its 2020 Best Places to Work finalists.This marks the fourth consecutive year we have achieved this designation.Companies are nominated for the Best Places to Work Awards. Employees of those businesses then complete a survey from Quantum Workplace Inc., a company that provides employee-engagement software.The surveys score companies on aspects such as benefits, policies and workplace culture. Scores are tabulated to determine the overall winner in each category, which are broken up into small, medium and large by number of employees. The WBJ added an “unlimited” category this year for businesses and organizations with more than 250 employees.Syndeo is competing in the medium-size businesses category (25-99 employees).
