Terri Blackston

Terri brings many years of diverse experience to her role at Syndeo including working in the aircraft industry, floral work, being a paraprofessional with special needs children, and a medical assistant. When returning back to the aircraft industry, she found her niche in Human Resources and developed her passion for all things benefits.

Terri's professional philosophy is to be the "human" in Human Resources, helping employees understand the benefits offered to them and resolving any issues. She cares about the issues that troubles employees and is a problem solver, which is a great asset that she brings to Syndeo.

Outside of work, Terri loves spending time in nature whether that be magnet fishing, geocaching, hiking or pickup up rocks and fossils. She also is heavily involved in the community, volunteering for a 4-H club and doing the visual arts and participating in geology field trips.
