Tara Converse

Tara joined Syndeo as a member of the human resources team. She says working in HR allows her to engage with and help people while also creating opportunities for continued learning.

Tara was born in Meade, Kansas but grew up in Wichita. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Fort Hays State University and a certification in Human Resource Management from there as well. Tara also has a Leadership Professional certification and a Management Professional certification, both from Wichita State University.

Outside of work, Tara loves to read, spend time with family and friends and stays busy going to and from kids’ activities.

Tara and her husband were best friends in high school. They’ve been married since 2012 and together they have five children.
