Mikah Betterton

Mikah holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. After graduating, she started her career as a structural engineer in Wichita, Kansas, where she managed and designed multiple commercial and residential projects. Mikah's engineering background provides a unique, strategic approach to the onboarding process at Syndeo. With strong communication and collaboration skills, she is dedicated to delivering client-focused solutions.

Guided by a philosophy of owning mistakes, Mikah believes that learning from errors is essential for growth and professional development. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, and spending time with loved ones. Currently, Mikah and her fiancé are on a mission to visit all 30 MLB stadiums, having visited five so far. Additionally, she is an active member of the Junior League of Wichita, where she volunteers with local non-profit organizations.
