Mickayla brings a diverse background in administrative support and client services to her role at Syndeo. With experience spanning legal administration, management in cosmetics such as Dior, medical spas, retail and hairdressing, she offers a unique blend of organizational expertise and client-focused service.

Mickayla is a passionate individual who takes an "all-in" approach to anything and everything she does. Her philosophy includes the importance of a work-life balance and believes you have to take care of yourself in order to give 100% to the people around you.

Outside of the workplace, Mickayla embraces an active lifestyle through ballet and various fitness pursuits. She enjoys playing video games, trying new recipes, playing board games, as well as supporting her boyfriend's work as a football referee on the sidelines.
