Jenn Tucker

Jenn is a seasoned business leader and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in hospitality and operations management. Her professional journey began in the restaurant industry, where she rose from a server to Vice President of Operations at KC Hopps, to leading a team managing 13 restaurants in the Kansas City area. Jenn was also a partner with the Texas Roadhouse franchise and was the Chief of Staff in her most recent role before coming to Syndeo.

Her leadership philosophy centers on three core principles: People, Process, and Product — with a particular emphasis on prioritizing people as the most critical component of any successful business.

Beyond her professional achievements, Jenn is an active community member and small business owner. She and her wife own an aesthetics clinic in Lenexa, Kansas. An avid sports fan and outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys golf, supports the Kansas City Chiefs, and spends time with her family.
