Harmony Dorner

Harmony brings a wealth of human resources experience to her new role at Syndeo. She began her HR career several years ago as an HR Assistant and most recently served as an HR Manager, working primarily in the manufacturing and distribution industries.

With a background that spans the full employee lifecycle — from recruiting to offboarding and everything in between — Harmony's key strengths lie in her well-rounded skills and understanding of all aspects of HR. Her philosophy is to treat others with compassion, believing that a smile and kindness can go a long way in building positive workplace relationships.

Outside of work, Harmony loves to be with her K-9 babies. An avid animal lover, she enjoys spending quality time with her family — engaged in outdoor activities like camping, hiking, kayaking, and swimming.
