Erin Paulson, SHRM-CP

Erin brings a well-rounded background in human resources to Syndeo, with a background that includes employee relations, talent development and payroll. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Wichita State University and holds the SHRM-CP certification.

With a passion for people, Erin is known for building strong relationships, staying detail-oriented and always seeking opportunities to learn and grow. Her guiding philosophy is simple yet powerful: put people first. She believes that behind every HR process is a person who deserves care and support.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys cross stitching, spending time with her two French Bulldogs and exploring local breweries with her husband.
