Crystal Rochester, SHRM-CP

Crystal brings human resources and management experience to her role in Syndeo’s HR department. She earned her Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional designation in 2018.

Crystal says working in HR with a professional employer organization (PEO) like Syndeo provides exposure to a variety of industries and employment requirements. She loves the fast pace, variety of tasks and that no two days are alike.

Crystal also has experience working in the nonprofit sector for organizations that provide services to adults with disabilities. Previous roles include direct care and management.

She was born and raised in Derby, moved to Memphis and returned to the Wichita area 15 years later to be closer to family. Crystal graduated from the University of Memphis with a bachelor’s degree in professional studies with emphasis in psychology and communicative disorders. Crystal attended Wichita State University for two years prior to moving to Memphis.

She is married and has two girls and enjoys spending quality time with family, cooking and reading. She also spends time volunteering at her children’s schools.
