Ashly has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Wichita State University along with her SHRM-CP certification, which has guided her professional journey through the realms of e-commerce customer service, nonprofit consulting, and ultimately in human resources. Beyond the office, you can find Ashly enjoying the company of her two beloved dogs and occasionally opening her heart and home to foster dogs when the opportunity arises. These experiences have enriched her life and taught her the value of patience and compassion, qualities that she brings to her work in HR to foster a supportive and inclusive workplace.
