Chelsey Trammell

Chelsey brings valuable HR expertise to Syndeo, backed by a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership from Fort Hays State University. Her professional background includes HR experience especially in the agriculture industry, with a focus on labor relations at a unionized facility, managing attendance and FMLA for collective bargaining employees. She discovered her passion for HR during her earlier career in banking, which provided her with a strong foundation in the field.

Chelsey leverages her deep understanding of communication and leadership styles to build meaningful professional relationships. She approaches her work with a philosophy centered on empathy and resourcefulness, always striving to find solutions and help others navigate complete situations.

Beyond the workplace, Chelsey enjoys attending concerts, traveling, spending time with her family, and exploring her creative side through drawing and painting.
