Ben Chambers, SHRM-CP

Ben joined the Syndeo team in 2019 after working several years in personnel management and supervisory roles for a variety of organizations. These positions provided him the valuable experience in conflict resolution that has helped him hone his abilities and develop a passion for improving employee performance and behaviors.

He says working in human resources affords him opportunities to find creative solutions to complex interpersonal and performance issues, which helps promote a better work environment and business efficiency. Turning conflicts into victories is always his desired outcome.

Ben studied business at Wichita State University and later graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management with an emphasis on human resources from Rasmussen University.

Additionally, Ben enjoys teaching and volunteers as a coach for high school debate and competitive forensics. He also loves to serve with the middle school ministry team at his church every week.

Away from work, Ben enjoys playing competitive sports such as ultimate frisbee and disc golf every week and traveling with his wife, who he describes as beautiful, athletic and talented. Additionally, Ben is blessed with an incredible dog, Sherlock, and his “so-so” cat, Scout. He also plays several instruments, sings, writes music and is grateful for opportunities he is given to assist the worship team at his church.
