As of March 2018, Syndeo is one of fewer than a hundred IRS Certified PEOs nationwide, and the first PEO to achieve this certification in Kansas. This means that we are held 100% liable for all tax payments for our PEO clients, so you have peace of mind.
To get and maintain this certification, we must pass rigorous requirements, including tax history, background checks, financial audits, working capital, bonding, and quarterly testing.
Employer Services Assurance Corporation (ESAC) Accredited
ESAC accreditation is the gold standard for PEO best practices and financial reliability. It provides business owners with time-tested verification and financial assurance of all key areas of PEO reliability. Only about 5% of PEOs have earned this distinction.
Our financial statements are audited annually by an independent CPA. You have peace of mind knowing our financials are accurate, complete, and fairly presented in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
